What is Tender Alert?
It's a service that watches tender and procurement portals across Georgia and notifies you when a listing matches the keywords, CPV codes, or regions you care about — so you don't have to check each portal manually.
Which sources do you cover?
We aggregate listings from multiple procurement and tender portals across Georgia, including the public procurement system. The full list is visible as source filters on your dashboard.
How do alerts work?
You create an alert describing your business — keywords, CPV codes, categories, regions. Every time a new tender is published, we match it against your alerts and notify you if it fits.
How do I get notified?
By email today, and by Telegram. SMS is planned. You add and verify each notification channel from your account page; which channels you can use depends on your plan.
How often are notifications sent?
Depending on your plan: daily, twice daily, or instant. You can see your plan's frequency on the pricing page and in your account.
Is it free?
There is a Free plan that lets you try the core features. Paid plans raise the limits — more alerts, more channels, more frequent delivery. See the pricing page for the current tiers.
What is a CPV code?
CPV (Common Procurement Vocabulary) codes are a standard EU classification for what a tender is about. Filtering by CPV is the most precise way to catch tenders in your field — but keywords work too if you don't know your codes.
How do I stop receiving emails?
Every notification email has an unsubscribe link. You can also disable any channel from your account page, or delete your account entirely there.
Do you guarantee you catch every tender?
No. We aim to be comprehensive, but source portals change and go offline outside our control. Always verify details on the official source page — every tender we show links back to it.
