Terms of Service
Last updated: this is a starting draft — edit in Django Admin.
1. What Tender Alert is
Tender Alert is an aggregation and notification service. We collect publicly available tender and procurement listings from third-party portals, organise them, and notify you when a listing matches the alert criteria you set.
2. No warranty on completeness or accuracy
We work hard to surface relevant tenders, but we do not guarantee that every opportunity is captured, that listings are complete, or that details (deadlines, values, requirements) are accurate. Source portals change, go offline, and publish corrections outside our control.
Always verify a tender's details on its official source page before relying on them or submitting a bid. Tender Alert is not responsible for missed deadlines, withdrawn tenders, or decisions made based on our notifications.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the alert preferences and notification channels you configure. Don't use the service to send unsolicited messages or to scrape our data in bulk.
4. Plans and notifications
Free and paid plans differ in how many alerts you can create, which notification channels you can use, and how often notifications are sent. Plan limits are shown on the pricing page.
5. Changes to the service
We may add, change, or remove features, sources, and plan limits over time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
