1. What we collect

To run Tender Alert we store: your email address, the alert preferences you create (keywords, CPV codes, regions, etc.), and the notification channels you verify (email addresses and Telegram chat IDs).

2. How we use it

Your email and channels are used solely to deliver the tender notifications you asked for, and account-related messages (verification, password reset). Your alert preferences are used to match tenders for you.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't send marketing email you didn't ask for. Tender listings themselves come from public sources and contain no personal data of yours.

4. Email delivery

Notification and account emails are sent through a third-party email provider. Standard delivery metadata (whether a message was delivered) may be processed by that provider.

5. Unsubscribing and deletion

Every notification email includes an unsubscribe link. You can disable any notification channel from your account page at any time, and you can delete your account entirely from the account page — this anonymises your data.
